With a very skilled team and using the most advanced CAD/CAM systems, Moldecar Group does projects with any file type as well as product development using 3D and 2D design.
We use last version of Solidworks combined with ultimate generation of Dell machines to develop, build the tool and mold. Moldex 3D software is used for simulation.
We can provide a turn key solution, product development (helping customer with design for manufacturing), mold engineering, mold production, part production, assembly, and delivery to the customer.
Laboratory
In order to guarantee technical precision Moldecar Group maintains a rigorous control system throughout all phases of production. The company is equipped with modern technology such as CMM machines, non touch optical measuring machine, profile projectors, etc.

The company is equipped with large number of CNC machines (12 units), able to work with molds up to 700 X 1500 mm.
Maximum mold weight = 4000 kg.
Injection Site Moldecarplast
We manufacture all types of technical plastics using a fully automated process tailored to our customers specifications.
The injection site work’s 3 shifts a day, 5 days a week. Our machines cover a wide range of clamping force, from 15 Ton up to 400 Ton and two-component injection up to 200 Tons.
We have 18 injection molding machines, most of them ARBURG. From the total, 4 machines are 2K and 2 are 4K.
Most of the machines are equipped with WEMO robot’s.
The workers are trained in production and quality management and are fully computer-literate.
Quality Control
Inspection and control of injection-molded parts to ensure compliance with technical specifications, dimensional tolerances, and defined quality requirements.
Moldecar Group is fully equipped with photovoltaic panels on top of its buildings, as you can see in this satellite view. We also plan to expand our facilities north.
