Metrology Technician

Key Responsibilities:
– Interpretation of technical drawings and geometric tolerances (GD&T);
– Performing dimensional measurements of plastic parts for the automotive industry;
– Operating metrology equipment (CMM, profile projector, calipers, micrometers, etc.);
– Preparation of dimensional reports and statistical control;
– Support for the validation of new products and processes (APQP / PPAP);
– Collaboration with the Quality and Production departments in resolving non-conformities;

Requirements:
– Minimum education of 12th grade or technical/vocational training in Metrology, Quality, Mechanics, or a related field;
– Experience in a similar role (preferred, but not required);
– Ability to read and interpret technical drawings;
– Experience with coordinate measuring machines (CMM) is a plus;
– Knowledge of quality tools (e.g., SPC, MSA);
– Rigor, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility;
– Team spirit and proactivity;
