Key Responsibilities:
– Planning, coordinating, and supervising production activities.
– Managing operational teams in an industrial setting.
– Ensuring that productivity, quality, and deadline targets are met.
– Implementing continuous improvements in production processes.
– Monitoring production performance indicators (KPIs).
– Collaborating with the quality, maintenance, and logistics departments.
– Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards applicable to the automotive sector.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
– At least 3–5 years of experience in production, team, and industrial process management within the automotive industry.
– Experience with plastic injection molding processes.
– Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
– Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Lean Manufacturing, 5S, etc.).
– Good knowledge of English.
– Focus on continuous improvement and quality standards.
– Resilience and ability to work under pressure.
